Delete your account

The fastest way is to delete your account directly from the mobile app:

1. Open Skriptr on your iPhone or Android device.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. We do not keep backup copies.

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, email support@skriptr.app from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line “Account deletion request.”

We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing the request. We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.

• Recordings, transcripts, and summaries
• Account profile and sign-in credentials
• Usage metadata associated with your account

Security and fraud-prevention logs may be retained as required by law. Content you previously shared via a link and that a recipient has already downloaded is outside our reach.

Subscription billing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. Deleting your Skriptr account does not cancel an active subscription — manage that in your device’s App Store or Google Play account settings.
